This privacy policy describes the data Methstreams collects about visitors, how that data is used, and your rights under applicable data protection law.

Data we collect

Methstreams is a content-publishing site with no user accounts, login, or interactive features beyond the editorial pages themselves. The data we collect is limited to:

Aggregate analytics data (page views, referrer, device type, approximate region) via Google Analytics 4
Server log data (IP address, request URL, timestamp, user-agent) retained for 30 days for security and abuse-prevention purposes
Cookie identifiers as described in our cookies policy

We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any other directly identifying information unless you voluntarily provide them by emailing us.

How we use the data

Aggregate analytics data is used to understand which pages and topics are most read, so that we can prioritise editorial coverage. Server logs are used for security and abuse-prevention.

We do not sell, share or transfer visitor data to third parties for marketing purposes. We do not maintain a mailing list or send marketing communications.

Third-party services

Methstreams uses the following third-party services that may collect data:

Google Analytics 4 for traffic analytics. Google’s privacy policy applies to the data collected.
Cloudflare for content delivery and DDoS mitigation. Cloudflare’s privacy policy applies to the request data they process.
Ad networks (Adsterra, RollerAds) may collect data as described in their respective privacy policies.

Embedded content from rights-holder broadcasters (the api.tfw.bz soccer widget) may load resources from external domains. The widget itself does not transmit visitor data to third parties.

Your rights

If you are a resident of the UK or EU, you have rights under UK GDPR and EU GDPR including the right to access, correct or delete data we hold about you, and the right to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact [email protected].

If you are a resident of California, you have rights under the CCPA including the right to know what data we collect and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. Methstreams does not sell personal information.
